Here you will find one-of-a-kind sculptures inspired by Mother Nature, mythological goddesses and nature spirits, all of them handmade by me with love and using natural materials from Mother Earth such as clay and stone.
My statues are one-off so if you are looking for something spiritual and unique to decorate your home or sacred space, or if you want to surprise someone with an original and exclusive gift, do not hesitate to purchase one of my pieces. If looking at the photos of any of my sculptures you feel something special or you perceive its energy and it resonates with you, then that statue may be what you were searching for. Moreover, since most of my pieces are unique, as soon as they are sold it is very likely that I will not make them again. SHOP POLICIES

PROCESSING TIME
The time I need to prepare an order may vary. Consult each item for more information.
When your order is ready to ship, you will get a confirmation message with more shipping details.

PACKAGING
Stone sculptures will be carefully packaged and shipped in a wooden box or a corrugated cardboard box in order to arrive safely.

SHIPPING
Sculpture shipments are made by certified mail with tracking through the Spanish postal service.
The STANDARD shipping method for the sculptures includes tracking and requires signature on delivery, but this additional cost is covered by the seller. If you need Express shipment, please let me know.

I have shipped sculptures from Spain to the US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, France, Germany, Slovenia and Sweden and they arrived perfectly.

DELIVERY
Delivery is usually at home in most countries and always requires signature. In case of not being at home, the carrier will leave you an arrival notice in your mailbox to pick up your order at the nearest post office.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Spain: 3-5 business days
Europe: 10-15 business days
America: 20-30 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 3-6 weeks
Asia-Pacific: 4-6 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-6 weeks

I will do my best to comply the shipping deadlines. Please note that these deadlines begin after getting my shipping confirmation message and are approximate so I can not guarantee them.

CUSTOMS
Buyers will pay applicable fees and customs duties.

DELAYS
I am not responsible for delays in delivery due to customs formalities, strikes or holiday season.

MAIL LOSS

1- Parcel loss by wrong address: Customers have to provide a correct address to avoid the loss of their packages and therefore the return of them to the sender. However, I can also make a mistake when writing the address so in this case only I will resend the package without any cost for you, otherwise you will have to bear the cost of resending the item.

2- Parcel loss during transit or delayed delivery: Parcels are sent by certified mail with tracking, however, sometimes they may have been lost in the mail for unknown reasons. If you haven't received anything after the approximate delivery time and the shipment locator indicates no delivery yet, please wait 2 weeks maximum because it must be a delay. If nothing has changed during that time, then contact me as soon as possible and I will file a claim with the post office to find out where your package is.
If it finally doesn't show up, you'll be able to choose between a resending of a similar item at no cost or a full refund.
Information for customers from the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. For security reasons of your countries, shipping locators do not provide all the information regarding the tracking of a package, so don't worry because it doesn't mean that your package is lost.

3- Parcel loss after delivery confirmation: Customers must provide a safe address for the arrival of their parcels which will be delivered with signature required. Once the locator marks them as delivered, this store is not responsible for missing parcel or mail theft. Anyway if you never received your order and the tracker marked your piece of mail as delivered, please contact me and I will do my best to help you locate your order by giving you some advice. If despite my instructions the package doesn't show up, unfortunately you will not be entitled to any replacement or refund. Finally, I can only suggest you contact your local post office and report an incident of mail theft.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The term is 30 days from the date of receipt of the package and the following cases will be accepted:

Dissatisfaction:
If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please contact me within 14 days since your purchase and return it within 30 days. Shipping cost will be assumed by the buyer.
As long as an item is returned in tact, I will refund the cost minus shipping cost.

Damaged items:
All pieces are well packaged and protected and they will be shipped either in a corrugated cardboard box or in a wooden box. I have shipped sculptures from Spain to the US, the UK, Australia, Ireland, Germany, France and Slovenia and they arrived perfectly. However, accidents may happen, so if you got a damaged item, please contact me as soon as possible and send me some pictures. I will do my best to compensate you, either by sending you back a similar item without any cost or I can issue a refund if you wish.

Not picking up a package:
In case you are not at home and the parcel is left at the post office and you do not pick it up within the deadline indicated on your arrival notice, the package will be returned to the sender. If you want your item, you must pay the shipping cost again, otherwise you will be refunded the amount of the item except shipping costs.
